The procedures for purchase allow modification of the order until the payment is made. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
All products listed on the website are generally available in our warehouses. In case a product is not available, we commit to informing you and, if possible, suggesting an alternative or providing information on delivery times. Naturally, if a satisfactory solution cannot be found, we will proceed with refunding the previously paid amount.
Shipments through our e-commerce are possible only within the national territory.

The prices on our website do not include VAT. Rates may vary based on the size of the item. When a minimum order quantity is specified, the price refers to each individual product.

The delivery of ordered products will occur after payment. Payment must be made using the major and most secure payment methods:

For in-stock products, delivery occurs within 3 working days of payment receipt. Ad.res s.r.l. disclaims any responsibility for any delays by the courier.

However, we are happy to handle requests for products not available in stock.

For deliveries within the national territory, shipping costs for orders under €50,00 amount to €8,19 (excluding VAT). For orders over €50,00 shipping is free.

For purchases made through this website, the buyer is granted the right of withdrawal. However, products must be returned at the buyer’s expense and must be in intact, unaltered conditions (used products, even partially, will not be accepted) and in their original packaging.

You can revoke the purchase agreement without specifying reasons within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the delivery of the purchased products.

If you decide to withdraw from this contract, all payments made to us will be refunded once the goods have been received and verified. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

The withdrawal deadline is considered met if the product is returned within fourteen days of its receipt. The direct costs for returning the goods will be borne by the buyer. During the withdrawal period, reasonable care of the material is required. We reserve the right to withhold compensation for the value of the returned product if, during the withdrawal period, the material has been damaged or used beyond what is necessary for the normal inspection of the product.

6.1 We guarantee the high quality and conformity of the products marketed based on the specifications provided in the manufacturer’s technical sheets.

6.2 It is the buyer’s responsibility to check, upon receipt, that the delivered goods are not damaged. Any damages must be reported through a) notation of discrepancies on the transport documents; b) verification that the packaged material is not damaged; c) communication to the seller of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

6.3 It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the purchased material conforms to the commercial and technical specifications required. In case of defects found in the products, the buyer must report them within 7 days of receiving the goods and, simultaneously, proceed with the return of the product at their own expense for subsequent verification. Products recognized as defective by the manufacturer will be replaced with an identical product. If the product is not available, a refund will be provided. Refund of shipping costs will be granted only if the products are recognized as defective.

6.4 If Ad.res s.r.l. does not receive any written communication from the buyer, as specified in clauses 6.2 and 6.3, the products will be considered accepted by the buyer. In this case, the buyer will lose the right to make claims for any losses, damages, defects, or lack of evident qualities.

6.5 Our warranty will be limited solely, at our discretion, to the replacement of the product or the refund of the price paid for the materials after the return of the products recognized as defective or non-compliant. The obligation of replacement or refund cannot, in any case, exceed the value of the invoice for the products recognized as non-compliant.

In the event that the buyer makes a valid claim according to the procedures outlined in clauses 6.2 and 6.3, we undertake to replace the products free of charge or, at the buyer’s discretion, to refund the total amount. In this event, Ad.res s.r.l. will have no further liability arising from damages or losses.

The laws governing and applying to this website are Italian. Any claim or proceeding related to this website or its use is therefore governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent forum is the Tribunal of Busto Arsizio.
